The late Afrobeat musician Mohbad’s father, Mr. Joseph Aloba, is furious with the decision to move his son’s remains so that it could have a dignified funeral even as he pounds on the DNA test.

Remember that a few celebrities, like as Tonto Dikeh and Bella Shmurda, started the effort to take the singer’s body out of the mortuary so that it could be buried in a dignified way

In reaction, Mohbad’s father condemned such acts and insisted that instead of having them carried out behind his back, he ought to be the one with the authority to sanction them.

He emphasized that physical samples from his dead son must be obtained for a DNA test in order to prove paternity.

“I’ve heard maybe some people want to go and carry Mohbad’s body,” he said. This boy was my son when he was alive, and even though he is no longer with us, he still goes by my name. From there, nobody ought to take Mohbad’s body. I should be the one to grant you permission to do anything you wish to do. Let’s bring Mohbad justice; what will remain after his burial? First and first, justice must be served; DNA is essential”.
