Pakistan Mosque Bombing Kills 16, Injures 57

The Pakistan mosque bombing has killed at least 16 people and injured 57 others after a suicide car bomb struck a mosque inside a police compound in Kohat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, during Friday prayers. Medical teams continued treating those injured in the blast. Meanwhile, security officials began investigating how the attackers reached the police facility. Authorities have not immediately identified those responsible for the attack. Investigators are expected to examine the explosives and vehicle used in the attack. They will also investigate how the attackers gained access to the compound. Authorities have continued rescue and security operations at the site as investigations into the bombing continue.
