Some armed robbers in the early hours of Wednesday invaded Rivers State University campus and stole an Automated Teller Machine belonging to a bank within the school premises.
The armed men, who disguised in police uniforms to gain access into the university, forced the security personnel to open the gate.
They subsequently carted away the ATM and a shuttle bus which was parked inside the school premises.
The Rivers State Police Command has confirmed the incident.
