Kogi state Senator, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan was on Thursday granted bail by the Federal Capital Territory High Court in a defamation case brought against her by the Federal Government.
The suspended senator is being prosecuted over allegation that Senate President Godswill Akpabio and former governor Yahaya Bello plan to assassinate her.
She had earlier arrived the court alongside with her husband.
However, the court granted her bail, following her arraignment, and adjourned the matter to Septi 23, 2025.
