
Kebbi NCWS participate in 37 general assembly meeting in Morocco

Kebbi state President of National Council for women societies,hajia Hadiza Muhammed Kola alongside Kebbi first lady,Zainab Nasir Idris have attended the 37th women general assembly meeting at Kenzi farah rose garden in Morocco.
The collaboration with NCWS international discuses issues concerning women across the globe to fine tune ways on how best to get fair representation of women at all levels of government among the participating nations which Kebbi and Nigeria are among.
Critical issues discussed at the round table in Morocco include gender based violence,out of school children, street hawking and home gardening a programme being championed in Nigeria by Nigeria’s first lady, Senator Remi Tinubu supported in Kebbi by Kebbi first lady,Zainab Nasir Idris.
Kebbi NCWS had during the meeting made very significant contributions to the amusement of international women in Morocco who gathered to foster unity among women with a view to finding common ground on issues bothering women as mothers, entrepreneurs,farmers and politicians.
Delegation from Kebbi state include the Commissioner for education,hajia Halima Bande, the permanent secretary ministry for local governments and chieftaincy affairs, hajia Aisha Maikurata and a host of other prominent women.
